At Khetaan, we value our customers and strive to provide the best quality EV parts. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

 

1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped from our warehouse.

• Once an order has been marked as shipped, no cancellation requests will be accepted.

 

2. Returns & Exchanges

• No returns or exchanges are accepted once the product has been delivered.

• As our products may undergo customer modifications or alterations, we cannot provide any warranty, guarantee, or return options.

 

3. Refunds

• If an order is cancelled before shipping, the eligible refund will be processed.

• Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days to the original payment method used during purchase.

 

4. Important Notes

• Customers are advised to review the product details carefully before placing an order.

• Khetaan is not responsible for any issues arising from improper installation, modification, or misuse of the parts.
